For more information about our fees, please contact us directly. Our fees are in accordance with medical aid rates and we are accredited to most medical aids through the Board of Healthcare Funders of Southern Africa (BHF).
Payment Details & Medical Aid Claims
EFT & Cash payments are accepted. Payment is due upon completion of assessments and no feedback consultations will take place until payment has been received in full.
Nicole Botha T/A Helianthus Assessments & Consulting Services are registered at the Board of Healthcare Funders (Practice No: 0815195) for medical aid claims. Please note that Helianthus Assessments & Consulting Services will not submit any claims on your behalf. Costs can be claimed back from most medical aids after receipt of payment depending on your scheme and funds available.
